When I tried this product, it promised so many benefits that I first found quite lofty. For starters, studies allegedly claim that this product reduces calorie intake during lunch by as much as 27% or 200 fewer calories, because it is supposed to reduce the hunger one feels before eating lunch and the desire to eat. What’s more, it also allegedly decreases consumption of sweet items that contain high fat levels by 50%.
What makes this all the more effective, people who have taken this claim, is that there is no need to take it so many times a day. After all, Fibretrim is based on the formula of Zotrim, an effective diet pill. I was a bit discouraged first since I thought it might also be a hassle to take, since the makers of this drink mix and the Zotrim pill are one and the same. But to my surprise, it was very convenient. I remembered taking Zotrim up to 9 times a day as directed. With this drink mix, I only had to prepare it twice a day, before taking breakfast and lunch. I thoroughly enjoyed the fruity flavor of orange and mango, very much like I was just drinking juice. So, I didn’t really think of it as a diet but just a habit before meals.
I did notice my appetite curbed when I drank Fibretrim. The pounds disappeared and I didn’t feel pressured or hassled by the entire routine. The convenience of this drink mix really gives me a kick – I really didn’t do much to reach my ideal weight!
